BearShadow is a free event where you can experience life as a Baylor music major for a day. You'll shadow a current student in your intended major, attend classes, join or observe band, choir, orchestra, or jazz ensemble sessions, and witness chamber rehearsals and faculty-led lessons. Each BearShadow event features a Q&A with the Recruiting and Admissions Coordinator, giving you an inside look at the Baylor School of Music. Registered students will receive detailed schedules, drop-off and pick-up times, parking information, what else to bring, and release forms two weeks before the event. Attendees can receive a college visit excuse letter upon request.
This event is for all high school students. Registration is on a first-come-first served basis and will be capped at 20 students per date. Once each date reaches 20 students, others will be placed on a waitlist.
