Baylor Bella Voce is a highly selective women’s ensemble comprised primarily of undergraduate and graduate music majors, but is also open to non-music majors. Bella Voce performs a wide and interesting variety of choral selections reflecting various style periods and genres from the vast repertoire written specifically for women’s voices. The ensemble performs on campus at the Family Weekend Concert, Fall and Spring Concerts, a Baylor Christmas, and the Armstrong Browning Christmas Concerts. In addition to recording, the ensemble performs in the community, across the state, and nationally. Most recently, the were invited to perform at the American Choral Directors Association Southwest Division Conference in 2018. Baylor Bella Voce is one of the premier touring ensembles in the School of Music.
Membership open to all full-time female students, sophomores through graduate students, by audition.
