Guest Recital: Jim Self, tuba
Long-time Hollywood film score tuba player, appearing as principal tubist on many soundtracks of John Williams. One of his most noteworthy performances was the “Voice of the Mothership” from Close Encounters of the Third Kind. These recitals are free and open to the public.

Early Music Ensemble
Under the direction of Jann Cosart, D.M., associate professor of musicology, the Early Music Ensemble performs music from the Medieval, Renaissance, and Baroque Eras. Early masterpieces are transformed into living music, opening connections to former times and faraway places. This concert is free and open to the public.

A Baylor Christmas
This national-televised concert is an annual tradition among music lovers that features the combined Baylor University Choirs and the Baylor Symphony Orchestra. Together, they present sacred hymns and popular Christmas favorites, as well as a procession with candles and an audience sing-along of familiar carols.
