Sarah Ramos

Sarah Ramos joins the Baylor University School of Music as the Production & Events Coordinator. Originally from Pflugerville, Texas, she is a higher‑education professional, online adjunct professor, and experienced executive assistant with a strong background in event coordination, student engagement, and Christ‑centered leadership.

A proud two‑time graduate of Howard Payne University, Ramos earned her Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Management in 2020 and her Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing in 2021.

Before coming to Baylor, Sarah served her alma mater as an Executive Assistant and Social Media Coordinator at Howard Payne University, where she strengthened her skills in communication, digital strategy, and managing high‑visibility events. She also continues to serve as an online adjunct professor at Southeastern University, teaching business courses grounded in clarity, encouragement, and real‑world application.

Sarah’s work is shaped by her commitment to serving others with excellence and compassion, holding closely to Colossians 3:23: “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord.”
