Academic Complaint Policy for Students
Baylor University encourages students to raise academic concerns through established University channels. Students may submit a formal academic complaint regarding faculty, academic programs, or other academic matters not related to a course grade. Students in the School of Music should submit complaints in writing by email to:
- Undergraduate students: Associate Dean for Undergraduate Studies
- Graduate students: Associate Dean for Graduate Studies

- Student Code of Conduct violations
Other Reporting and Feedback Processes
