Collaborative Piano Request Form

To be given full consideration, the form below must be submitted by the following dates:

• Friday, Jan 16, 2026 for Spring 2026 degree recital and weekly lesson requests

Please be sure to include at least the approximate date you would like to perform, and list repertoire information as completely as possible.

Since Baylor has only a limited number of collaborative pianist hours, the assignment of these hours is prioritized as follows: once all courses are covered, graduate recitals* are assigned first, followed by senior recitals*, and the junior recitals*. Music Hour performances and weekly lessons are covered as hours are available.

* Pianists for degree recitals will be provided for one semester only. For recital preparation in the semester prior to the recital, please request weekly lessons and specify the approximate number of lessons for which a pianist will be needed. Concerto competition and special recitals cannot be accommodated at this time. For these and other needs, a list of freelance pianists will be made available to all applied teachers.
