Beverly Shultz

Beverly grew up in Corpus Christi, TX, and has a degree in Music Studies from the University of Texas at Austin.

She has taught children’s music in public school and church settings but has primarily been a homemaker, stay-at-home mom,  and professional volunteer.

Beverly has been actively involved in the fine arts community of Waco for the past 20 years, both as a musician and in support of her children.  Activities have included singing in Central Texas Choral Society, directing numerous children’s musical programs in area churches, and serving on the board of Midway Orchestra Boosters.

She is married to John, a dentist in McGregor, TX, and they have two adult children and one teenager.

Beverly has enjoyed working as Oso Musical Coordinator since September 2023 and is excited to expand her role with Baylor School of Music.
