Caleb Kubera serves as Academic Advisor and Undergraduate Program Coordinator in the Baylor School of Music, where he supports undergraduate students through academic advising, graduation planning, and program coordination. His work centers on student retention, academic planning, and proactive, individualized support that helps students successfully navigate their academic journeys. 

Originally from Mayville, NY, Caleb holds a Master of Education in Higher Education: Educational Leadership and is currently pursuing his Doctor of Education in Higher Education Leadership. His professional background includes academic advising, student success coaching, program coordination, and online instruction, with experience across both in-person and online learning environments. 

At Baylor, Caleb provides advising support for undergraduate music majors and assists Music Education students with clinical placements and program requirements. He works closely with faculty and staff on curriculum updates, accreditation and assessment reporting, student orientation, and undergraduate program operations, while ensuring alignment with university policies and academic standards. 

Caleb’s approach to work is deeply shaped by his Christian faith, which informs his commitment to service, integrity and care. He views his work with students as a calling to walk alongside them with clarity, encouragement, and compassion, believing that education is most transformative when it attends to both purpose and practice. He is especially guided by Micah 6:8, “to act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God” , as he supports students in preparing for lives of leadership and service beyond Baylor.
