  • Assistant Dean for Operations

Guy Mor serves as the Assistant Dean for Operations at the Baylor University School of Music, bringing two decades of executive experience at the intersection of higher education administration, complex systems operations, and the creative arts. Throughout his career, he has specialized in aligning academic rigor with operational excellence, successfully leading institutional scaling, maintaining continuous national accreditation, and deploying advanced technology ecosystems.

As an accomplished musician and a systems architect, Mor is uniquely equipped to support the dynamic needs of a premier music institution. He holds a terminal Master of Fine Arts in Cinema Arts – Postproduction from the Barry R. In his role at Baylor, Mor leverages this dual technical and artistic background to bridge creative vision with operational reality. Among his duties are strategic planning and daily oversight of the School's infrastructure, development of modern broadcast environments, professional acoustic solutions, and optimizing of facility management systems. Driven by a commitment to empowering faculty and students, his ongoing work aims to ensure that the operational foundations of the School of Music are as robust and innovative as its academic programs.
