Kate Cockle

  • Part-time Lecturer of Harp

Kate Cockle is a harpist and music educator. Kate completed her undergraduate degree in Harp Performance and Music History at Wheaton College and her graduate degree in Harp Performance and Music History at Northern Illinois University. Kate is the Assistant Director for the Midwest Harp Festival, a summer harp camp focusing on harp ensemble playing. Kate enjoys performing as both a soloist and chamber musician in throughout the Central Texas area. A committed music educator, Kate runs a Musikgarten studio for elementary through high school students. Kate and her husband Ted have four sons, each of whom love being her audience!
